At Moms on Call, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing of your refund.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
